Research for design
& innovation
With experience in design projects, social initiatives and a passion for Gestalt therapy, I discovered the power of design to be human-centered, understand their needs and create meaningful insights. This led me to pursue a master's degree in Research for Design and Innovation and to collaborate on impact projects with the Red Cross and Scope Impact as a service designer.
In these roles, I co-developed and applied research strategies tailored to each project. This included conducting key informational interviews, in depth interviews of users, facilitating interactive workshops with a variety of tools, and gathering information through collaborative debriefing sessions. I identified opportunities for innovation, iterated the processes as needed, always with a human-centered approach. Building on co-creation, exploring possible future scenarios and design impactful interventions in line with the needs of the target groups we served.
